PLAN B

25% paid at lease signing

75% + 10% of the 75%
leased over 12 months

 EXAMPLE:
Ready Auction Price $1000 USD
250 paid at signing
750 + 75 = 825
825/12 = $68.75 monthly
PLAN C

50% paid at lease signing

50% + 10% of the 50%
leased over 12 months

 EXAMPLE:
Ready Auction Price $1000 USD
500 paid at signing
500 + 50 = 550
550/12 = $45.83 monthly
